"The Battle of the Sexes
From
the beginning of time, men and women have tried to understand one
another. And have usually failed miserably. But there's hope. On the
upbeat game show The Battle of the Sexes, four male and
four female celebrities will do all they can to at least try to
understand how the other sex thinks, feels and acts. And the results are
hilarious.
The Battle of the Sexes - Opposites attack!
Genre: Entertainment
Sold in: The Netherlands (De Jongens tegen de Meisjes), Germany, Chile, Ukraine, Mexico"

Betreff: AW: My Submissions to TalpaCreative from March / April 2009
Dear Talpa Team,
Twice
you have lost my pitch " Clear Cut". Now you don't have enough time to
prove the second idea of mine ( America's Greatest Couple 1) for the
your project "America's Greatest Couple" But how can you find time to
prove the fiirst one:
"Dear Petia,
After thoroughly reviewing one of your pitches on
'Americas Greatest Couple', we regret to inform
you that despite its quality, it does not fit our
needs at present.
Thank you so much for submitting an idea and keep
them coming! You are a valued member of our
creative community and we look forward to seeing
more pitches from you in the future.
Best Regards,
TalpaCreative" ( 12.06.2009)
In this connection :
1. I can not trust you at all anymore cause your handle is not very professional, transparent and comprehensible!
2. No honesty of purpose, no pitches! I won't send you pitches anymore till you can not asure me of your fair mindedness.
3.
Don't even try to use my ideas without my agreement, cause I have some
experience with such of shyster. I' m certain, you don't want to damage
your image! ( You've already done it with such of handle...)
Besides
there are other companies like endemol usa, bbc and numerous of other
broadcastings etc which needs new ideas and even if I don't have Mr's de
Mol name I have good ideas, ambitions and power, so you can't not stop
me!
4. May be I should try to connect Mr John de Mol personally and tell him, what's realy going in his company.
Regards,
Petia Ganeva

Dear Petia,
Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, we don't find the pitch you mention,
"Clear Cut: The Gender Fight", as having been submitted on 29th October 2008,
though we do find 2 submissions for the same pitch, "The blooding therapy," from
that date. Perhaps there was a problem with the upload?
If you can please forward us the automatically generated email that includes the
title "Clear Cut: The Gender Fight", we will continue to look into it.
Otherwise, we would suggest re-submitting "Clear Cut: The Gender Fight" through
the site as a new pitch and we will review it immediately.
Regarding "Fountain of Youth," we are still evaluating submissions, so you will
likely receive feedback regarding your third submission shortly.

TalpaCreative

Clear Cut:
The Gender Fight
My friend, there is no a special employment for the woman, only because she is a woman and
there is also no a particular occupation for the man, only because he is a man. The talents are
found rather steadily with both genders distributed. “

Format: Game Show
Genre: Reality Television
Running Time: 120 Minutes

Clear Cut: The Gender Fight
Prelude:
At first sight the gender fight seems to belong to the past, but it’s still very
active. Men and women are completely different, maintain still many.
Women can not park cars and think spatially. Men learn badly languages and are
unable to listen. Women go buying dear shoes. Men can lift well heavy things and
kill spiders. Et cetera…
The available format represents a game show. In the context of this
broadcasting women begin against men in a competition. As a match field of the
game show serves a vocational field.
The broadcasting offers suspense and maintenance to the spectators with the
help of its competitive character and indicates thus a high entertainment value.
Additionally the sex fight elevates the looking desire of the recipients.
Beyond that the ratings of the broadcasting increase by the spectator
telephone- voting and their participation in call games. These provide likewise
for higher cash incomes.

"Theft Crime
An Intent To Steal
The
crime of theft requires that the person taking the property must have
intended to take it. The classic example involves a restaurant scene
where two men are dining on a rainy night. They own identical umbrellas,
which they place in the umbrella stand upon their separate arrivals.
When the first man leaves, he accidentally takes the other man's
umbrella. Was it a theft? No, because the quick-eater made an honest
mistake when he accidentally took the other man's umbrella.
However,
if the man ate quickly so as to be able to take the other man's
umbrella (perhaps because his own had a hole in it), then it is a theft.
Under Wisconsin law, the thief must possess the requisite mental object
- the mental intent and purpose - to commit a theft.
CLASS C FELONY
For
a Class C Felony, the penalty is a fine of up to $100,000, or
imprisonment of up to 40 years, or both; however, for a repeat offender,
the term of imprisonment may increase up to 2 years with prior
misdemeanor convictions, and up to 6 years with a prior felony
conviction"
"Psychopathy
is a socially devastating disorder defined by a constellation of
affective, interpersonal, and behavioral characteristics including
egocentricity, impulsivity, irresponsibility, shallow emotions, lack of
empathy, guilt, or remorse, pathological lying, manipulativeness, and
the persistent violation of social norms and expectations." The definition helps us understand immediately what Cleckley (1) wrote about so clearly in The Mask of Sanity:that
this diagnosis has a number of defining attributes that have been part
of its mystery and are still part of its uncertainty.
Historically, DSM-II, DSM-III, and DSM-III-R identified this personality disorder by the use of descriptors. However, the term "psychopath" fell by the wayside in DSM-III in 1980, and the diagnosis of antisocial personality disorder arose in its place. In DSM-IV
seven items were listed as defining adult antisocial personality
disorder. They were substantially condensed and simplified from those in
DSM-III-R, but they were not clinically tested, and they were
not validated. Therefore, we have no idea how reliable or valid the
current seven-item set is. In the continuum of psychopathy to sociopathy
to antisocial personality disorder, the impact of the innate
personality disorder shifts from a focus on intrapsychic dynamics to
rule breaking and the social cost.
Those
who have challenged and checked the internal consistency of the initial
Psychopathic Checklist and the later PCL-R have found that the
checklist measures a unitary construct that consistently reveals a
stable, two-factor structure. Factor 1 consists of items having to do
with the affective interpersonal features of psychopathy, such as
egocentricity, manipulativeness, and callousness. Factor 2 reflects
features of psychopathology associated with an impulsive, antisocial,
and unreliable lifestyle or social deviance. In fact, these two factors
are guidelines to the polarity of this personality construct. Factor 1
reflects its innate pathology, which later in the book Otto Kernberg
describes as part of the intrapsychic dynamic formulation. Factor 2
describes the impact of the personality in terms of rule breaking,
which becomes better associated with the personality-trait literature.
Some authors do not believe that psychopathy is a valid construct;
however, the book, in my opinion, convincingly presents research that
shows that it is valid.
While
the second part of the book describes different types of psychopathy,
the fourth section, on comorbidity, describes the relationship of
psychopathy to schizophrenia, somatization disorders, mood disorders,
suicide attempts and suicide, anxiety disorders, other personality
disorders, and substance abuse. The chapter by Darwin Dorr focuses on
the relationship of psychopathy to pedophilia. ( http://partyflock.nl/topic/1128183:Pedo_partij_heeft_morele_bezwaren_tegen_The_Voice_Kids.html)
Psychopathy as it relates to alcoholism and polysubstance abuse is
given a separate chapter, as is the attempt to differentiate psychopathy
from the sadist personality in murderers. Each of
these chapters is filled with reports of current studies that cogently
define the relationship of psychopathy to the specific topic area, with
the overwhelming bottom line that psychopaths are at great risk for
experiencing comorbid symptoms."

Round 2:
Voice operated
The auditive perception of the picker is challenged in this round. All 9
contestants of the opposite sex stand behind the paravent. They should
introduce themselves successively and briefly within 30 seconds. At the same
time their introduction is interrupted technically, several times, briefly and at
different places, so that the main contestant can’t hear and understand
everything, what they say.
In this stage the picker eliminates those three candidates, whose voices he
doesn’t find attractive. The eliminated players come individually and successively
forwards on the stage to the main contestant and say goodbye to him. The main
contestant gives them a rose or a stuffed animal or a huge lollipop.
The other 6 candidates remain behind the wall. They are advanced to the next
round. The main contestant has to be blindfolded for the third round.
Other plays could be also organised in this round, in which the auditive or the
olfactory perception of the main contestant stands in the centre of the game.
Examples:
The main contestant receives a garment from each candidate of the opposite
sex and should smell in it. Afterwards he eliminates those three candidates,
whose aromas he doesn’t find pleasant.
The candidates of the opposite sex stand behind the room divider. They should
tell successively and loudly a tongue twister"

P.S. :
ROBBING, SLANDERING, SPYING, HACKING ...... & MURDERING
VS
CREATING!
"Stalking is a crime and stalkers are criminals.
This
simple truth is often ignored by mental health practitioners, by law
enforcement agencies, and by the media. The horrid consequences of
stalking are typically underestimated and stalkers are mocked as
eccentric and lonely weirdoes. Yet, stalking affects one fifth of all
women and an unknown number of men – and often ends in violence and
bloodshed.
A 1997 Review Paper titled "Stalking (Part I) An Overview of the Problem", Karen M Abrams, MD, FRCPC1, Gail Erlick Robinson, MD, DPsych, FRCPC2, define stalking thus:
"Stalking,
or criminal harassment, is defined as the 'wilful, malicious, and
repeated following or harassing of another person', usually requiring a
'credible threat of violence' against the victim or the victim's family
(1). 'Harass' refers to wilful conduct directed at a person that
seriously alarms, annoys, or distresses the person and which serves no
legitimate purpose (2). Typically, the behaviour involves such things as
loitering near the victim, approaching, making multiple phone calls,
constantly surveilling, harassing the victim's employer or children,
harming a pet, interfering with personal property, sabotaging dates, and
sending threatening or sexually suggestive 'gifts' or letters. The
harassment usually escalates, often beginning with phone calls that
gradually become more threatening and aggressive in nature, and
frequently ends in violent acts (3). In essence, the offender's
behaviour is terrorizing, intimidating, and threatening, and restricts
the freedom of and controls the victim.
In
the US, there are individual state laws but no unified federal
antistalking laws. Under the Criminal Code of Canada, it is a crime to
knowingly or recklessly harass another person in any of the following
ways: 1) by repeatedly following or communicating either directly or
indirectly with that person or anyone known to them; 2) by watching
where that person or anyone known to them resides, works, or happens to
be; or 3) by engaging in any threatening conduct directed at that person
or his or her family, if any of these cause the person to reasonably
fear for his or her safety (4). In both the US and Canada, antistalking
laws are in a state of flux."
Many
criminals (and, therefore, many stalkers) suffer from personality
disorders – most prevalently, the Antisocial Personality Disorder,
formerly known as "psychopathy". Co-morbidity – a "cocktail" of mental
health disorders – is frequent. Most stalkers abuse substances (alcohol,
drugs) and are prone to violence or other forms of aggression.
APD
or AsPD was formerly called "psychopathy" or, more colloquially,
"sociopathy". Some scholars, such as Robert Hare, still distinguish
psychopathy from mere antisocial behaviour. The disorder appears in
early adolescence but criminal behaviour and substance abuse often abate
with age, usually by the fourth or fifth decade of life. It may have a
genetic or hereditary determinant and afflicts mainly men. The diagnosis
is controversial and regarded by some scholar as scientifically
unfounded.
Psychopaths
regard other people as objects to be manipulated and instruments of
gratification and utility. They have no discernible conscience, are
devoid of empathy and find it difficult to perceive other people's
nonverbal cues, needs, emotions, and preferences. Consequently, the
psychopath rejects other people's rights and his commensurate
obligations. He is impulsive, reckless, irresponsible and unable to
postpone gratification. He often rationalises his behaviour showing an
utter absence of remorse for hurting or defrauding others.
Their
(primitive) defence mechanisms include splitting (they view the world –
and people in it – as "all good" or "all evil"), projection
(attribute their own shortcomings unto others) and Projective
Identification (force others to behave the way they expect them to).
The
psychopath fails to comply with social norms. Hence the criminal acts,
the deceitfulness and identity theft, the use of aliases, the constant
lying, and the conning of even his nearest and dearest for gain or
pleasure. Psychopaths are unreliable and do not honour their
undertakings, obligations, contracts, and responsibilities. They rarely
hold a job for long or repay their debts. They are vindictive,
remorseless, ruthless, driven, dangerous, aggressive, violent,
irritable, and, sometimes, prone to magical thinking. They seldom plan
for the long and medium terms, believing themselves to be immune to the
consequences of their own actions"

"Mind Over Mass Media"
"Project MK Ultra was exposed publicly in 1970 through law suits filed by Canadian survivors and/or their surviving families. These brave persons received the cooperation of Canadian Intelligence individuals and others who uncovered one of the CIA's original mind control research mental health facilities based in Montreal, Quebec Canada. Although the CIA and Canadian government settled the lawsuits out of court so as not to be required to officially admit to any wrong doing -- the secret was out. Now, two decades later the United States and Canadian populace is beginning to feel the criminal atrocities being committed against them in the private sector as a direct result of the so-called "secret" mind control experiments.
Now, a wave of transgenerational occult mind control victims are so numerous within our general population that the US government has launched, through its vast network of CIA operatives; misinformation campaigns to cover-up this source of pure evil. One of the most prominent misinformation campaigns is targeting a supernatural source (rather than the CIA) with the justification label "spiritual warfare"... A.K.A. to Intelligence specialists as Operation Armageddon."

"How Americas Most Powerful News Media Worked Hand in Glove with the Central Intelligence Agency and Why the Church Committee Covered It Up
Alsop is one of more than 400 American journalists who in the past twenty‑five years have secretly carried out assignments for the Central Intelligence Agency, according to documents on file at CIA headquarters. Some of these journalists’ relationships with the Agency were tacit; some were explicit. There was cooperation, accommodation and overlap. Journalists provided a full range of clandestine services—from simple intelligence gathering to serving as go‑betweens with spies in Communist countries. Reporters shared their notebooks with the CIA. Editors shared their staffs. Some of the journalists were Pulitzer Prize winners, distinguished reporters who considered themselves ambassadors without‑portfolio for their country. Most were less exalted: foreign correspondents who found that their association with the Agency helped their work; stringers and freelancers who were as interested in the derring‑do of the spy business as in filing articles; and, the smallest category, full‑time CIA employees masquerading as journalists abroad. In many instances, CIA documents show, journalists were engaged to perform tasks for the CIA with the consent of the managements of America’s leading news organizations.
The history of the CIA’s involvement with the American press continues to be shrouded by an official policy of obfuscation and deception for the following principal reasons:
■ The use of journalists has been among the most productive means of intelligence‑gathering employed by the CIA. Although the Agency has cut back sharply on the use of reporters since 1973 primarily as a result of pressure from the media), some journalist‑operatives are still posted abroad.
■ Further investigation into the matter, CIA officials say, would inevitably reveal a series of embarrassing relationships in the 1950s and 1960s with some of the most powerful organizations and individuals in American journalism.
Among the executives who lent their cooperation to the Agency were Williarn Paley of the Columbia Broadcasting System, Henry Luce of Tirne Inc., Arthur Hays Sulzberger of the New York Times, Barry Bingham Sr. of the LouisviIle Courier‑Journal, and James Copley of the Copley News Service. Other organizations which cooperated with the CIA include the American Broadcasting Company, the National Broadcasting Company, the Associated Press, United Press International, Reuters, Hearst Newspapers, Scripps‑Howard, Newsweek magazine, the Mutual Broadcasting System, the Miami Herald and the old Saturday Evening Post and New York Herald‑Tribune.
By far the most valuable of these associations, according to CIA officials, have been with the New York Times, CBS and Time Inc.
WORKING PRESS — CIA STYLE
<a href="working_press.html">Working Press &#151; CIA Style</a>
The CIA’s use of the American news media has been much more extensive than Agency officials have acknowledged publicly or in closed sessions with members of Congress. The general outlines of what happened are indisputable; the specifics are harder to come by. CIA sources hint that a particular journalist was trafficking all over Eastern Europe for the Agency; the journalist says no, he just had lunch with the station chief. CIA sources say flatly that a well‑known ABC correspondent worked for the Agency through 1973; they refuse to identify him. A high‑level CIA official with a prodigious memory says that the New York Times provided cover for about ten CIA operatives between 1950 and 1966; he does not know who they were, or who in the newspaper’s management made the arrangements.
The Agency’s special relationships with the so‑called “majors” in publishing and broadcasting enabled the CIA to post some of its most valuable operatives abroad without exposure for more than two decades. In most instances, Agency files show, officials at the highest levels of the CIA usually director or deputy director) dealt personally with a single designated individual in the top management of the cooperating news organization. The aid furnished often took two forms: providing jobs and credentials “journalistic cover” in Agency parlance) for CIA operatives about to be posted in foreign capitals; and lending the Agency the undercover services of reporters already on staff, including some of the best‑known correspondents in the business.
In the field, journalists were used to help recruit and handle foreigners as agents; to acquire and evaluate information, and to plant false information with officials of foreign governments. Many signed secrecy agreements, pledging never to divulge anything about their dealings with the Agency; some signed employment contracts., some were assigned case officers and treated with. unusual deference. Others had less structured relationships with the Agency, even though they performed similar tasks: they were briefed by CIA personnel before trips abroad, debriefed afterward, and used as intermediaries with foreign agents. Appropriately, the CIA uses the term “reporting” to describe much of what cooperating journalists did for the Agency. “We would ask them, ‘Will you do us a favor?’”.said a senior CIA official. “‘We understand you’re going to be in Yugoslavia. Have they paved all the streets? Where did you see planes? Were there any signs of military presence? How many Soviets did you see? If you happen to meet a Soviet, get his name and spell it right .... Can you set up a meeting for is? Or relay a message?’” Many CIA officials regarded these helpful journalists as operatives; the journalists tended to see themselves as trusted friends of the Agency who performed occasional favors—usually without pay—in the national interest.
“I’m proud they asked me and proud to have done it,” said Joseph Alsop who, like his late brother, columnist Stewart Alsop, undertook clandestine tasks for the Agency. “The notion that a newspaperman doesn’t have a duty to his country is perfect balls.”
